  Getting Started
 
At Family Match, our main goal is to find the best caregiver possible that meets your family’s needs. We will conduct a comprehensive interview with your family to determine your exact needs and expectations of a caregiver. Once we have a full understanding of what you are looking for, we will start our search for possible candidates.

As your time is precious, we will select only the most suitable candidates for you to interview. Unlike most agencies that just want to place caregivers quickly and send clients inappropriate applicants for interviewing, we will ensure that the candidates that are presented to you truly match your needs and expectations. Each candidate presented will have a detailed questionnaire filled out, a current resume, as well as a personal reference letter. We are more than happy to present you with as many candidates as necessary in order for you to find a suitable caregiver.
 
  Our Caregivers
 
Our caregivers are specifically trained to meet your needs. All Family Match caregivers receive training in First Aid, CPR, and other additional medical training in order to provide you with the best care possible. We set high expectations for our caregivers to meet in order to offer your family the best possible candidates. The Family Match caregiver is enabled with training in order to exceed industry standards and provide your family with exceptional care. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your caregiver or you will receive a replacement at no charge to you. *

  Once you have selected a caregiver
 

Many families are unaware of the amount of paperwork and documents required to sponsor a caregiver from overseas and it can quickly become overwhelming. Family Match will take care of all of that for you. Once you have selected your caregiver, we will prepare all paperwork and necessary requirements for you. This includes

Beyond completing all the paperwork, Family Match believes in arming our clients with as much knowledge as possible to ensure an easy transition into the new employer/employee relationship. To accomplish this, we consult with all families to discuss important issues such as training, scheduling, and management of their new caregiver.

 
  After employment commences
 
A placement consultant will contact families with newly placed caregivers once a week for the first month to see how things are going and to discuss any issues that may need addressing. After the initial month, our placement consultants will continue to do periodic checks for the next 3 months, if necessary.
Our experienced staff is always available to you, our clients, to address any questions or concerns you may have, throughout the sponsorship process. And even after your caregiver has commenced employment with you, we welcome you to contact us if any issues should arise.
