Our main priority to our caregivers is to find families who will appreciate their skills and experiences. We want to find compatible matches which would be beneficial to both caregivers and families.
When we consult with our families, we ensure that they understand and agree to follow government working standards including fair wages, private living space, and paid holidays.

We pride ourselves in being a full-service agency and we will provide step by step guidance during your application process.
However, the relationship doesn't end there. Even after you have found a placement, we will be here to support you. We have a dedicated liason who will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have once you have arrived to Canada.

We will work diligently to find you a suitable employer as soon as possible. We will set up interviews with families that we feel are compatible with your skill set. However, most families choose their caregivers based on their phone interview performance. You will need to take that opportunity to show them your very best.
